Membership

You may only register as a member if you are a resident in New Zealand and can form a legally binding contract that is enforceable against you. By registering as a member you warrant that you can form a legally binding contract.

You must maintain and update your commercial information held by us to ensure it is kept current at all times. We may phone or mail you to verify these details. You must not register as a member under multiple identities or persons (whether false or not).

We reserve the right to decline to register or to terminate your membership without entering into further discussions with you. Without limiting the foregoing, we may terminate your membership if you fail to pay the fees due to us, a serious complaint or multiple complaints are received about you from another member, if you breach these Terms, if you impersonate another member, or if we, at our sole discretion, deem your behaviour to be unacceptable. Members who have registered under multiple aliases will have all of their aliases disabled.

You are responsible for keeping your login information including your password secret and secure.

You are responsible for any actions taken through your membership. Our memberships are not transferable and therefore cannot be sold, leased, lent or traded.

Fees And Accounts

We charge membership fees that are listed in the "Pricing" section of the Website. Fees charged are not refundable however we (at our sole discretion) may refund a fee in the form of a credit to your account. Credits on accounts with us are not transferrable.

We reserve the right to change the fees charged for any of the Services at any time. In the event that we introduce a new Service or vary an existing Service, the fees for that new or varied Service will be effective from the launch of the new or varied Service, unless otherwise stated.

All fees are inclusive of GST and in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

You must pay our fees immediately we demand them to be paid. We reserve the right to disable your membership until such time as fees due have been paid. We also reserve the right to charge penalty interest (based on appropriate rates at that time) for any late payment of fees by you.

Intellectual Property And Confidentiality

All Material is or may be protected by copyright under both New Zealand and in some cases foreign laws. Unauthorised use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
