Welcome to ‘onlyonelink’. This site is dedicated to giving all sectors involved in the construction industry easy access to the latest upcoming projects. The aim is to reduce your costs involved in submitting project pricing. This site will ensure you are aware of current projects being priced including contacts, key dates and up to date documentation including Notice To Tenderers being managed and distributed by the project manager, in a timely manner.

This site can be used from the smallest private project through to large government and private sector projects and allows you to view, print or download any information relevant to your trade.

How It Works

A project manager adds the project to the site including the physical address of the project, site contacts, key dates, plans, specifications, photos and notice to tenderers.

The project manager then selects their chosen building companies to price the project. The building companies then select their chosen sub contractors and all are then notified of the project being available for pricing.

Once you have added the project to your watchlist you are automatically emailed all changes to that project from that point.

Architects/Project Managers

Controlled access to the documentation accessed by contractors pricing your project. This is achieved by the automatic allocation of a password so you can manage the distribution of the plans, specifications and NTT’s.

Building Companies

You gain electronic access to plans and specifications which are easily passed to your chosen sub contractors. Simply by adding the project to your watchlist an automated email is sent to your sub contractors who are also members of the site. Sub contractors you wish to contact who are not members can be invited to join via email. You can also use this site to manage the distribution of contract drawings, timeframes and site instructions for your in progress projects.
